This program will set you up for success with a detail plan and regular coaching touch points to navigate your dynamic training schedule and life routine. With ongoing support and regular touch points your program is adapted to meet the needs of your life, this program has to work for you!

This Monthly Coaching Program includes:

  • A personalized nutrition plan based on macronutrient and calorie intake appropriate for your goals and activity levels

  • Suggestions for lifestyle improvement as needed (sleep, stress management, meal planning, timing, etc.)

  • Pre and post workout nutrition guidelines 

  • Race/Competition nutrition recommendations as needed

  • A dedicated dietitian to provide ongoing recommendations and modifications 

  • Weekly check ins via text and email
